How It Works

1. Purchase a basket or bundle 

2. Once you are under contract, email us the property address and anticipated closing date so we can reserve your delivery.

3. One week prior to closing, a Moment Experience Specialist will reach out to:

  • Confirm final closing date
  • Coordinate delivery time and location
  • Collect your handwritten card message
  • Finalize any customizations
