How do I place an order?

Go to our "Products" page and select a box of your choice by adding it to your shopping cart. Once you're ready to place the order, simply click the cart icon on the top right of our website and click "checkout." Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information for each curated box or item, then select payment method the box selected. Be sure to enter the address of the person receiving the box.

I have some questions, is there someone I can talk to on the phone?

Will you include a card with my gift?

Absolutely! We will include a mymobox message card with your order. We will hand-write a note with your message on it. There is an area for you to write your message during the check out process. 

How will I know when my gift arrives?

We've got you covered. We will send you notifications when your gift ships and when it arrives. You can also track the item using your tracking number. 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final but if there is an issue with your box, please send us a note. 

What do I do if something is missing or broken in my box?

We make every effort to make sure our boxes are complete and packed with care and nothing ever comes broken. If in the unusual occurrence that something is missing or broken, please contact us.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

I need my gift delivered on a particular date. Can you do that?

Of course! You can let us know the date you would like your package to arrive. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. We will ship it with an expected arrival on your specific date. Please note, that there can be delays or acts of God that can effect the delivery that are out of our control.

How long before my order ships?

Generally your order will ship in 2-3 business days but may take up to 4 business days to ship.
